Tribute submissions
Over the period of 2015-2016, Tribute made three subsequent public submissions on BEPS Action 14 and for the negotiation of the Multilateral Convention to implement tax treaty related measures to prevent base erosion and profit shifting (MLI), respectively.

Tribute Foundation documents
The Tribution Foundation has the legal form of a ‘stichting’ under Netherlands law. Its statutes were passed on September 24, 2015, and amended on August 22, 2016, to allow for the creation of an executive board.
